These venues are close enough to walk between two of them and short enough by car for the rest, so a weekend route writes itself: Kén Sky Bar at 17:00 for the river and the sunset, Zion at 19:30 for dinner on the roof, then Neighborhood or Loco at 22:00 — they share the same address at 11 Nam Quốc Cang, so you can switch rooms without leaving the building.
