Is booking through Vibes Saigon free?
Yes, it is free. All bookings through Vibes Saigon are free; you only pay directly at the venue per your actual bill.
How fast is my booking confirmed?
Usually within minutes during operating hours via hotline +84 966 877 714, Zalo or WhatsApp on the same number. On weekends and event nights, book 1 to 2 days ahead to lock the right area.
Do prices include VAT and service charge?
Not yet. Reference prices exclude 10% VAT and service charge (per venue, usually 5–10%). Message the hotline to lock the exact quote for your night.
What is the dress code?
Most venues require smart casual and above, no flip-flops or sport shorts. All venues serve guests aged 18 and above only, so bring an ID.
How do I cancel or change my booking time?
Just message the hotline or Zalo as early as you can, free of charge. Last-minute cancellations at peak hours may affect your next reservation, so give at least a few hours notice.
