Social Club Rooftop Bar sits on the 24th floor of Hôtel des Arts Saigon – MGallery, on the Nguyen Thi Minh Khai corner in District 3. It has one of the highest repeat-visit rates of any rooftop bar in Saigon, and mostly for three reasons: a view that looks straight into the city centre, a 15:00–19:00 happy hour with 50% off, and an interior designed in the hotel’s Indochine style.

The view and the space: an Indochine rooftop in District 3
The rooftop is layered: soft armchair seating for conversation, a bar counter where you can watch the bartenders work, and outdoor tables along the railing. The design runs on a dark palette with candlelight, timber and metal detail – closer to a salon than a bar floor. After dark, light from the surrounding towers reflects off the glass and off the infinity pool right beside the bar.
Two details worth knowing:
- The infinity pool is right next to the bar but is reserved for hotel guests – outside guests cannot use it, even with a drinks reservation.
- The glass sky bridge links Hôtel des Arts Saigon to Centec Tower. It is the hotel’s most photographed spot and sits inside the rooftop area.
Because it faces the centre from floor 24, the terrace takes direct afternoon sun from about 16:00. If you don’t want to sit in it, choose a table under the covered section or come after 18:00.
Happy hour 15:00–19:00 and Ladies’ Night on Tuesday
